Co-Chief Executive Officer​

Thomas held prior roles in engineering, sales, operations, and supply chain at E. & J. Gallo Winery, where he oversaw planning and logistics for the world’s largest winery, managing over 500,000 tons of grapes annually. He led digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of ERP systems, and regularly navigated audits involving tax, OSHA, and FDA compliance. Thomas brings a strong background in operational efficiency, resource planning, and team leadership to his role at Atticus. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago
